ShopClock is designed expressly for small businesses, Time cards, are shown whenever employees clock in or out. The time cards are password (or finger print) protected, include overtime analysis, and can be easily edited by the Administrator.

  • ShopClock Cloud Server: We choose the Microsoft/Azure Cloud to host our in house SQL database. Here’s why you should let us host your ShopClock database in the Microsoft /Azure Cloud.
  • Time Clock Software: Without a timesheet calculator, preparing time cards for payroll is just a lot of error-prone boring drudge work.
  • ShopClockPlus Tracks Department & Shift Differentials: Because ShopClockPlus can track what department and shift employees are working in it has many features (like SnapTo, Rounding, and grace periods) not found in ShopClock. And all the break and lunch settings can be configured for each department.
  • Finger Print – Employee Authentication: Employee time cards can be protected by either a short password or a biometric device like SecuGen’s award winning finger print reader.
  • Overtime Options: ShopClock offers several overtime options. including FLSA, California, and the Canadian provinces.
  • Network Capabilities: The ShopClock database server can be located on your computer or in the Microsoft Cloud. When located in the cloud all you need is an internet connection to connect to your database. When located on your server any computer on your local area network will be able to connect to the database, but computers in remote locations will need a special VPN connection.
